Headshot of Dave Buck

Dave Buck is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides individual, couples, and family therapy for adolescents and adults. His work is grounded in existential psychotherapy, helping clients explore identity, meaning, and direction in their lives while navigating periods of uncertainty, transition, and emotional difficulty.

Dave integrates narrative-based psychodynamic work with cognitive-behavioral interventions to support clients in addressing trauma, anxiety, OCD, attachment issues, and relational conflict. His approach is both reflective and practical, creating space for deeper understanding while also building tools that clients can apply in their daily lives.

He has experience working with a wide range of populations, including individuals on the Autism Spectrum, as well as active-duty military, veterans, police officers, and first responders. Dave also works with clients navigating depression, life transitions, and complex anxiety-related concerns, specializing in trauma-informed CBT, exposure-based approaches, polyvagal, and other grounding or meditative techniques.

Dave’s style is collaborative, direct, and grounded. He works to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, challenged, and supported as they move toward meaningful and lasting change.
