Colte Sanders, LCSW, LCAC, provides therapy and counseling services.

Colte Sanders, LCSW, LCAC, is a compassionate and experienced therapist serving individuals and families across Indiana. With dual licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor, Colte specializes in substance use disorders, trauma recovery, and perinatal mental health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University. She also holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Louisville. Colte is currently completing her Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International – PSI, further enhancing her expertise in supporting pregnant and postpartum clients.

Colte has worked in diverse settings, including community mental health centers, inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment, and foster care services. She offers evidence-based therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She tailors these to meet the unique needs of each client. Her person-centered approach fosters a safe and supportive environment for healing and personal growth.

In addition to her clinical work, Colte is an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Social Work Department,. She is dedicated to training future social workers.

Outside of her professional life, Colte enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, exploring new places, and savoring a good cup of coffee.
