Ms. Bree Russo studied psychology at Indiana University where she earned a bachelor’s degree. She holds a Master’s degree in social work from Washington University. She also is a Registered Play Therapist– Supervisor, recognized by the Association for Play Therapy.
Ms. Russo specializes in treating children and adolescents and has worked in a variety of counseling settings including residential treatment, acute care, and outpatient therapy clinics. She enjoys working with children and their families to build improved relationships and address behavioral and emotional issues. Ms. Russo prefers a prescriptive approach with her clients, using a variety of techniques and tools that match their individual needs. She frequently uses play and art in her work with people of all ages.
