Brianna Cha, LCSW, provides therapy and counseling services.

Ms. Brianna Cha holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Indiana University as well as a master’s degree in social work from Indiana University-Purdue University.

Ms. Cha treats adolescents and adults, with a diverse experience in community mental health, and a college counseling center. She specializes in working with transitional aged youth (16-25) and adults, treating trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. She also provides therapy for substance use, OCD, eating disorders and bipolar disorders.

Ms. Cha is trained in EMDR as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She uses an integrative therapy approach tailored to match each person’s unique story and goals. This therapy includes using person-centered, strengths-based, and interpersonal theories.  She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is a crucial part of the change process. Consequently, she works to create a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental environment for her clients

Ms. Brianna Cha is also a supervisor in our Licensure Program, overseeing the work of provisionally licensed clinicians.

When she is not working, Ms. Cha enjoys painting with watercolors, hiking, cooking, playing board games, and spending time with friends and family.
