Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Ms. Abby Haynes is a licensed clinical social worker. Ms. Haynes received her master’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Ms. Haynes comes from a community mental health care background where she specialized in sexual abuse and trauma treatment for children and adolescents. She uses play therapy, art therapy, and talk therapy in sessions. She aims to equip her clients with a diverse set of mental health tools. Thes tools include affect regulation, cognitive coping strategies, and mindfulness techniques, empowering them to navigate life challenges more effectively. Ms. Haynes enjoys working with young children all the way up to teens, as well as their caregivers.
In Ms. Haynes’ free time, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and shopping. She also spends a lot of time with her dog, Gus.
