Her integrative therapy approach combines EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, and Ego State techniques. Audrey assists clients with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, family and relationship issues, grief, substance use disorders, and interpersonal challenges.

Audrey views therapy as a healing journey, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to develop tools, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.

Outside of her practice, Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband and children, volunteering at her local church, reading, visiting coffee houses, and exploring the outdoors.
