
Ms. Wisker-Tindall is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Indiana University. She is a Board member of Mental Health America of Monroe County.
Ms. Wisker-Tindall is comfortable working with clients of all ages and particularly enjoys working with adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, transitions to adulthood and trauma. She has specific expertise in how trauma and stress impact the brain, body and behavior. She has years of varied experience in community mental health centers, and mental health inpatient hospitals. Her focus is on providing honest communication with her clients, creating a safe space for growth and helping clients build resiliency.
Ms. Wisker-Tindall is trained in EMDR as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She prefers an integrative therapy approach to meet each person’s specific needs.
She enjoys traveling, reading, playing games and spending time with friends and family.
