Ms. Mindi Wisker-Tindall (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Indiana University. She is also a Board member of Mental Health America of Monroe County.
Mindi has experience working with clients of all ages and in various settings including community mental health center, psychiatric hospital and private practice. A major focus in her work has been the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma, mood disorders and stress management. She enjoys working with teenagers to older adults. Her focus is on providing honest communication with her clients, creating a safe space for growth and helping clients build resiliency.
Mindi has had training in EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Inference-based CBT, and Internal Family Systems. Additionally, she has expertise in Person Centered Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She prefers an integrative therapy approach to meet each person’s specific needs.
When she isn’t working, Mindi enjoys traveling, reading, and playing games with family and friends.
