Mrs. Jyssica Maniscola Juhl serves as our dedicated Receptionist and the essential first point of contact for every client. She brings 15 years of experience in high-level customer service environments, ensuring every individual feels genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment they connect with our office.
Jyssica’s responsibilities are pivotal to our smooth functioning. She expertly handles scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and managing vital communications. Her background includes three years as a medical receptionist. Here she became proficient in insurance prior authorizations and meticulous medical record processing.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, Jyssica approaches every interaction with an empathetic perspective. Her dedication to service—honed during a four-year tenure at Walt Disney World—is rooted in her belief in creating a safe and supportive space. In her free time, she enjoys fantasy books, crocheting, and spending time with her husband and cat.
