Mr. Mark Spencer is the co-owner of Spencer Psychology, with his primary duties around providing information technology support to the practice, along with the development and maintenance of our electronic records system. He also works to align the practice with HIPAA privacy guidelines.
Mr. Mark Spencer is full-time staff at Indiana University, as the Director of Telecommunications Infrastructure with staff at the Bloomington and IUPUI campuses. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Kelley School of Business with a minor in psychology. When not working at IU, he bowls, plays basketball, and attends IU athletic events. He and his wife (Dr. Spencer) met at IU as undergraduates and have been married thirty years. They have two grown children.
