Auto-Pay

What does this mean?

Auto-Pay takes care of the hassle of making payments for every session. After each session, your account automatically processes a payment using our encrypted payment card storage/vault service. You will receive a receipt for each charge. All the payments are shown on your statement as they process and are attached to your account in our Client Portal. (Your statement may have a day or two delay before it updates with your payments).

What are the advantages?

  • Seamless and secure payment experience for you.
  • You don’t have to track your payments anymore.
  • You don’t have to worry about getting behind on your bill, and possibly having services paused for non-payment.
  • We can process payments more efficiently. This reduces administrative overhead and allows our staff to focus on other areas, including your mental health needs.
  • It’s very convenient, especially for telehealth when you aren’t physically in the office to make a payment.

Does Spencer Psychology require Auto-Pay?

Yes, as a client at Spencer Psychology, we require that you enroll a valid payment card into our secure Auto-Pay system.

How do I sign up?

  • Go to the Client Portal to fill out the auto-pay consent. After electronically signing the consent, you will be able to enter your payment card information.
  • If you are using an HSA card, we recommend filling out a second Auto-Pay consent for a second card as a backup. You can indicate if the card is primary or secondary when filling out the consent.
  • If you are not the cardholder: Example- you are a high school/college age adult and have a parent (sponsor) paying on your behalf, or your spouse is the HSA account cardholder. Please ask your Sponsor to use the Auto-Pay Sponsored link here: AutoPay Sponsored **If you are setting up Auto-Pay for yourself, or your minor child, please use Auto-Pay option available in Client Portal
