Getting Help
Immediately seek help if you are in crisis, if you have feelings that you may harm yourself or others, and/or if you feel unsafe alone. Spencer Psychology is a sub-acute outpatient practice and does not have staffing or services to treat these severe symptoms. We refer clients with these issues to a higher level of care, where the services are designed for crisis care and immediate responses. We are typically on a wait list for services, and serious symptoms like these cannot wait.
